The existing Hankins Post Office lost its lease requiring a new facility. We performed all the site preparation, drainage, communication and septic system preparation for a new modular building. We supplied and installed a new modular building together with a custom column main entrance. Work involved all electrical and HVAC for a turnkey operation. The contract was completed within the USPS schedule.
